The provision of goods and services by The Honey Bee Company is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Honey Bee Company will refund the client in full within 30 days, however products advertised on the Store are in physical stock locally with The Honey Bee Company, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee if the order has already been paid in full (managers discretion).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action. Any item received by the client after purchase is deemed to be in good order if The Honey Bee Company is not notified in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We cannot accept returns on food items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
